Qlik Sense solution for e-commerce for online stores on Magento
Project team of A2 Consulting implemented a solution for e-commerce analysis in Qlik Sense based on data from Magento.
Magento is one of the most popular open electronic systems for organizing e-commerce in the net: more than 100 thousand online stores are based on it, third-party developers created more than 2 thousand extensions; project community has about 375 thousand participants.

- Magento is the leading platform for e-commerce, which has about 30% of the market.
Application includes KPI for key indicators such as Sales, Revenue, Number of New Customers, AOV (average order value), UPT (unit per transaction), and their dynamics over different time periods. To upload data from the accounting system, we use only authorized Qlik Tech connectors. The data in the application is updated every hour for convenience control of KPIs in the application’s dashboard.
To monitor changes in customer behavior, a cohort analysis was implemented.
New buyers, repeat buyers and VIP-buyers are analyzed separately to form personal offers and their retention.
To monitor all indicators on a single dashboard, the application integrates data from Google Analytics.
